The Belt Weighing System works with transport line stacking with transport line travel to find the outright extent of material that has been passed on past the weighing system and which moreover checks the stream speed of material rapidly. So with a belt scale on your vehicle, you can see how much material has wandered this day, or this shift and you can relatively screen your plant yield in tons reliably or some other appropriate unit.

Features:

Two idlers are used (using 4 loadcells) for weighing hence high resolution with respect to the dead load of the belt and idlers.
Unique zero tracking software to compensate for varying “weight of the belt”.
No mechanical levers are used to sense the belt load. Hence, no inaccuracy on that account.
MODBUS/ Profibus/ remote display – communication port available as an option.
Approved by weights & Measures.
Single idler with counterbalancing arrangement for low belt loads having 2 loadcells and 4 loadcell platform type arrangement for high belt loads.
Self-diagnostic facilities.
High-Speed ADC is used to have a faster response.
The system uses strain gauge type precision loadcell which has negligible deflection hence higher accuracy is achieved.
Digital Proximity speed sensor designed to generate sufficient pulses even at very low belt speed.
