Hopper scales or hopper/silo weighing systems is used for weighing a continuous flow of product. Hoppers play an important role in harsh environments such as ready-mix concrete, food-processing plants etc. Hopper/Silo weighing systems typically includes a hopper/silo(container)which is generally used to process solid materials in the form of powders and combined with load cells in the hopper scales.
