Software Features

- Reports like Date wise, Vehicle wise, Commodity wise, Party wise etc. can be generated, Printed & exported (CSV file format) in USB Pen drive
- Name & password of operator’s can be set for shift wise operations
First Weighment
During first weighment Rst no. is auto-generated & all field’s data can be entered at a time as all the fields are displayed on the screen. Tare or Gross can be selected by radio button which helps in speeding up data entry procedure.

Second Weighment - Part 1
During second weighment entry, list of pending Rst no., Vehicle no., weight & date of first weighment is displayed which helps to select correct Rst no. of particular vehicle which eliminates chances of error.
Second Weighment - Part 2
All the field data entered during first weighment is displayed on screen which can be edited if entered incorrect during first weighment also Tare weight, Gross weight & Net Weight will be displayed to ensure overweight / underweight of Vehicle before printing final weighment slip.
Report Printing & Export
The use of an SQL relational database and archive flexible structure allows targeted management of data which can be printed & easily exported (CSV file format) to USB Pen drive.
